WILLEMSTAD - The Caribbean Research and Management of Biodiversity (Carmabi) will investigate what happened with the coral at Boka Samí. At that bay, 60 meters of coral was destroyed by a bunker ship anchored off the coast last week.
The nature organization claims to be shocked by the enormous destruction underwater. Carmabi takes images of the coral and processes them into 3D models, with which the damage will be assessed.
