WILLEMSTAD - The Central Bank of Curaçao and Sint Maarten warns the population not to fall into so-called pyramid schemes in order to earn money quickly.
So-called games of chance are emerging in difficult economic times, the bank says.
The bank advises people to continue to use common sense and not to fall for too good predictions.
