CDC upholds negative travel advice

Local | By Correspondent April 14, 2022

WASHINGTON - A trip to Curaçao is still not recommended for American citizens. The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) sticks to the negative travel advice to all countries of the Kingdom. Only Saba is safe for vacation, according to the CDC.

The rest will retain Category 4 status. This means that the United States sees Aruba, Curaçao, Bonaire, Sint Maarten, Sint Eustatius and the Netherlands as high-risk countries for the COVID-19 virus.
