WILLEMSTAD - Childcare centers cannot yet open. Yesterday, 24 centers signed up hoping to reopen this week, but these must first be checked by the inspection.
Last week, the government announced that the daycare center can be reopened on Monday for children up to four years old. However, the new protocols had not yet been sent. In most cases, this has now happened, and inspections will be carried out next week. After this, it is decided whether the center can open.
Primary schools may open again on May 18. Students of examination classes should be able to return to school on this date too.
