PHILIPSBURG - Sint Maarten has had an offer from China for the supply of medical equipment to help fight the coronavirus.
The island is also considering seeking technical medical assistance from Cuba. This will be discussed in consultation with the Netherlands, which previously said that it was careful to accept all kinds of aid from abroad.
On Sint Maarten, 68 people tested positive, ten of whom died.
