WILLEMSTAD - CIBC FirstCaribbean recently took the opportunity to pamper its employees as the bank celebrated Employee Appreciation Day.

For the 2019 Employee Appreciation Day, the retail hall of the bank was decorated with creatively crafted balloon art which gave the branch an even more welcoming air. The day’s activities started early in the morning with employees being treated to very tasteful pancakes and an assortment of juices. The pancakes were served from a pancake truck in the parking lot, from which the caterer offered pancakes with many healthy and fruity options.

During lunchtime, the staff was treated to a lunch in the canteen served by the Country Management Team.  Right after lunch, a number of employees were singled out for recognition with several of them receiving on-the-spot awards to the applause of their colleagues.
