WILLEMSTAD - As of January 13th, CIBC FirstCaribbean will operate with adjusted opening hours as the Teller area will be open from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
The bank encourages its clients to use its ABM’s, the Mobile App and Online Banking services. Clients of CIBC FirstCaribbean, however, can continue to count on the same tailor-made services the bank offers.
CIBC FirstCaribbean encourages all clients to, as much as possible, make use of the ABM’s, Mobile App and Online Banking to:
- Withdraw and deposit money;
- Check account balances;
- View transactions and account statements;
- Pay bills;
- Transfer money between own accounts and those of others;
- Track your credit card purchases
The bank will be open for clients that still need to visit the bank between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. Clients are requested to contact the Bank or their Relationship Manager before visiting the branch and to abide by all COVID-19 related precautions, such as maintaining social distancing and wearing a face mask. These measures are important to protect clients and bank employees.
