WILLEMSTAD - After last week's playful action, in which civilians filled holes in the Mirla Plateweg with earth and trees, attention is now being drawn to the bad road surface in a new way.
Now civilians have placed colored stones, plants and cones in various places to warn drivers of deep holes in the road surface and prevent possible damage to cars.
The Ministry of Transport, Traffic and Urban Planning (VVRP) has announced that the financial resources are currently lacking to fix the roads.
