WILLEMSTAD - Due to the decreasing number of corona patients in the hospital, the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) has started planning to restart elective care and appointments at outpatient clinics.
In the past month, all appointments that were not urgent were canceled in order to make room for the care of corona patients. At the moment there are fewer than 50 corona patients in the hospital and there is again the possibility to resume regular care. First, oncology operations will be started.
