WILLEMSTAD - In consultation with the Ministry of Health, Nature and the Environment, the Curaçao Medical Center (CMC) will restart with elective care from Monday April 20. This means that outpatient appointments that have been canceled due to the COVID-19 situation will be scheduled. We will continue the appointments in a limited form, but will make as many appointments as possible, considering “social distancing.”
CMC's outpatient clinics will contact patients from Monday to reschedule personal or telephone appointments. If a patient needs to be guided during an appointment, this is only possible with one adult, preferably a family member. Before your appointment, you can park in the garage where security checks the name and time of your appointment. We ask patients to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment so that it can start on time. If you do not yet have a digital card, you must be present 30 minutes before your appointment to have it made.
In addition, only one visitor per patient per day is allowed between 11:30 AM and 12:30 PM. We will enforce these rules until further notice.
Help us help you better. If you have a complaint about our services, we would like to hear your opinion. Contact the complaints department at 745-0000 ext. 1260 or 1261 or klachten@cmc.cw.
