WILLEMSTAD - During the installation of seven new judges, the President of the Common Court of Justice, Eunice Saleh, indicated in her speech that an integrity plan is being drawn up. Work is currently being done on a code of conduct.

Integrity is a core value of the Court and an integrity process has started this year. The President of the Court indicated that basic training courses on 'awareness of integrity' have been organized for all employees and judges. “The first milestone is to arrive at a code of conduct,” said Mrs. Saleh.
In parallel, work is being done on an integrity plan in which the Court establishes the ambition, vision and objectives of the integrity policy to be pursued and also policy instruments with which this can be achieved.
