WILLEMSTAD - The Meteorological Service Curaçao (Meteo) issued a code yellow for extreme heat on Tuesday. The weather warning was in effect at least until 3 p.m.
The Meteo warns of the effects of the heat, such as heat stroke, cramps, fatigue or even a stroke. The weather service advises anyone who performs outdoor activities to drink plenty of water and to avoid extra exertion.
If you're not feeling well, find a cooler place to rest as soon as possible.
