WILLEMSTAD - The training ship ARC Gloria of the Colombian Navy will make an official visit to Curaçao from Saturday 30 July to Monday 1 August. The ship will also be open to the public on Saturday and Sunday.
Due to circumstances, the three-master was unable to participate in the Velas Latinoamérica. Then they looked for the possibility to visit Curaçao after all. The ARC Gloria will moor at the Mathey shipyard in Otrobanda.
The ARC Gloria is the official flagship of the Colombian Navy. The ship is 67 meters long and has a total sail area of 1400 square meters.
