WILLEMSTAD - Bureau Telecommunication and Post, Digicel and UTS have helped the government to map out which movements take place on the island.

The telephone signals give the government an idea of how people move around the island during this lockdown. It also shows how infections occur and who is at risk. Epidemiologist Dr. Izzy Gerstenbluth said that this shows that many people abide by the rules.

According to the doctor, the signals do not show personal data.
