WILLEMSTAD - A 42-year-old man must do 240 hours of community work and may not get behind the wheel for 20 months. In November he hit two pedestrians on the Rooseveltweg.
It turned out that he was driving under the influence of alcohol and had no driver's license, no valid insurance certificate and inspection card and the vehicle tax was not paid.
He must also pay part of the 10,000 guilders in damage.
