WILLEMSTAD - A part of the roof came down yesterday morning during construction work at the new Corendon hotel. Not in the main buildings, but a side building, where a restaurant was located.
Previously other media reported that it was a floor that collapsed, but that turned out to be incorrect, according to Coredon's management.
The fire brigade arrived quickly on the scene. Two people were slightly injured.
