WILLEMSTAD - The number of new corona infections is taking a further dip in Curaçao yesterday. A large number of patients declared cured more than compensates for the eight new infections that were added yesterday.
46 people were declared cured, bringing the number of active infections to 233 on Friday, compared to 271 on Thursday.
Just like on Thursday, five people with Covid-19 are in the hospital, four of which are in intensive care.
In Aruba, the number of active infections decreased to 541. Bonaire also showed a decrease to 113 active infections.
