WILLEMSTAD – The Corps Consulaire Curaçao, led by Dean Ralph Obersi, in collaboration with the Uniting For Children Foundation (UFC), chaired by Jullie Tidey, hosted a special evening on Thursday at Circo Hermanos Suarez, offering dozens of schoolchildren a memorable cultural experience.

The initiative brought 121 children and their caregivers from Frater Evonius School and St. Antonius College to the circus, where they enjoyed a full performance, including refreshments during the intermission. Organizers reported that the children enthusiastically embraced the spectacle, many experiencing a live circus show for the first time.

According to the organizers, the event is part of a broader project aimed at providing approximately 400 schoolchildren with the opportunity to attend the circus. The initiative seeks to create moments of joy and enrichment for children while strengthening community engagement.

The Corps Consulaire Curaçao and the Uniting For Children Foundation expressed their sincere appreciation to the management of Circo Hermanos Suarez for their essential cooperation, noting that the partnership was crucial in making the project possible.

The organizers emphasized that the evening highlighted the positive impact of collaboration between community organizations and cultural institutions in supporting children’s well-being and development.
