WILLEMSTAD - The Council of State believes that the Financial Supervision Council (Cft) should take more account of the complex issues facing the islands.
The Cft looks too much at the amount below the line.
The Council of State's annual report states that issues such as poverty, socio-economic development, government finances and civil service organization are important and deserve attention from the Kingdom.
