WILLEMSTAD - The planned criminal and legal cases that are scheduled between 5 and 7 August 2020 are still being held in the City Hall in Punda. From August 10, all cases will be at the new location of the Court on Emancipation Boulevard, opposite Aqualectra on the Nieuwe Haven.
Between Friday 31 August and Wednesday 5 August, the counter of the Court of Justice will be closed to the public. The entire service will busy with the move to the new location.
The counter is open from 08:00 to 12:00 from Thursday 6 to Friday 14 August.
Submitting documents
Petitions, appeals and other documents can also be submitted digitally on forcur@caribjustitia.org on days when the counter is closed and on half days.
Documents larger than 10MB can be submitted via Wetransfer. After submission, instructions will be given on how to pay court fees digitally. Customers are requested to submit the documents in hard copy at the counter.
Accessibility and parking
Visitors who come to Hof by public transport can use the ABC bus with route Punda - Seru Fortuna - Punda. It stops in front of the Martina Plumbing building (towards Seru Fortuna) and before Aqualectra (towards Punda).
A limited number of places are available to the public in the parking lot. Visitors can park in the area for free.
