WILLEMSTAD - The corona measures that the catering industry must take which are mandated by the government, specifically the health department, are often not in order.
The inspection team again issued several fines and warnings last weekend. As many as 25 catering establishments were inspected, 10 of which were fined. It concerned violations such as wait staff without masks, improvised terraces, and the lack of hygiene facilities.
