GMN Ministry: The crisis team made the decision to hire a security company to ensure that everyone adheres to quarantine rules.
WILLEMSTAD - After 6 May, it turned out that the implementation of the preventive measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19 has been successful. As a result, the government has started the easing process.
This means that the repatriation process for residents stranded abroad has also started. The criteria to be met is not only a return ticket, but also a 14-day quarantine process that must be completed. The crisis team made the decision to hire a security company to ensure that everyone adheres to quarantine rules.
TExperience was chosen because of their experience in crowd management at major events such as Kaya Kaya. The Ministry of Public Health (GMN) and other ministries also have good experience with the professional way this company provides advice and supports with social distancing rules. Within the framework of the mandatory quarantine, the said company is responsible for administration, logistics and security at quarantine accommodation.
Currently, a total of 500 people are quarantined among more than 15 hotels. This requires 24-hour supervision. The staff of all hotels have received instructions and training on how to deal with this situation. TExperience works closely with, for example, the various hotels, ABC Bus Company, CTB, Immigration, Customs, CAP, Foreign Relations, ESF-6 and the Department of Epidemiology of the Ministry of GMN to make a substantial contribution to the quarantine organization.
In connection with this, the crisis team would like to thank everyone who went through the quarantine process and who expressed gratitude for the professional way in which the process was carried out.
