WILLEMSTAD - CTA-Management BV will organize Carnival 2023. This was announced by the Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Sithree van Heydoorn in a press release.
According to the minister, the company led by Herman "Manchi" Harms has shown in recent years that it can organize various activities and concepts innovatively. The organizations that organized the festival in previous years (AGKK and Grupo JAC) will support CTA-Management.
The ministry is currently in the process of formalizing the agreement with CTA and the transfer of the available funds. Van Heydoorn wishes Manchi every success in organizing Carnival 2023.
