SAN SALVADOR - The Miss Teen Mundial representatives from Curaçao and Bonaire have both secured a place in the top ten of the international beauty pageant. The Miss Teen Mundial pageant took place last Saturday in El Salvador.
The Curaçaoan Da-Xia'N Philipa came third and the Bonairean Marjely Doran reached the top six in the election. The winner was the Dominican Mariona Juncosa. The Dutch-Caribbean misses are very happy with their performance.
Philipa writes on social media that she is still in shock from last weekend. "It was an evening that I will never forget, I am grateful for everyone who helped make dreams come true," said the Curaçao miss.
