This is money from lottery boss Robbie dos Santos that is on American bank accounts and was seized in 2016 after Dos Santos lost the case against the Public Prosecution. The case was name “Bientu”
The money will be deposited in the crime fund which is used to prevent or fight crime. The fund is managed by the Ministry of Justice.
