Curaçao loses game against Honduras

WILLEMSTAD - The Curaçao team lost its first game in the Concacaf Nations League on Friday. Honduras was 0-1 too strong for the team of the new Dutch national coach Art Langeler 

 

Curaçao is classified in group C of League A and will meet an old acquaintance during the group stage. Former national coach Remko Bicentini assists Canadian national coach John Herdman.  

 

The players have a busy schedule for the coming week. Monday 6 June is the away game against Honduras. On June 9, Curaçao will play against the Canadian team in Canada. The home game will be played on March 25, 2023.  

The group winners in League A will qualify directly for the Concacaf Nations League Final in June 2023.
