WILLEMSTAD - Hospital Nobo Otrobanda informs that the furnishing of the hospital has started. This concerns the hospital beds and the rest of the furniture such as desks and office chairs. The new beds and other furniture supplied for the Curaçao Medical Center, delivered in accordance with the schedule, have arrived and have been brought into the building since the end of last week. This provides more insight into the completion and opening of the building.
With the arrival of the new hospital beds and more furniture, the current SEHOS staff who will be transferred to the Curaçao Medical Center can immediately enjoy the ongoing program "Know the CMC". In a few weeks before the opening of the most modern hospital in the "Caribbean" and also the newest "state-of-the-art" hospital in the Dutchd Kingdom, the simulations will start for the opening of the Curaçao Medical Center. The opening will take before the end of this year.
In addition to hospital beds and mattresses that are currently being installed in the rooms, the consultation beds, bedside tables, chairs and the rest of the CMC furniture will also be placed in the new hospital in the coming days. A total of 263 hospital beds were supplied by the supplier Arjo. During the coming weeks, work will be carried out with vigor so that everything comes in the right place as illustrated in the accompanying photos.
