WILLEMSTAD - The Curacao Quiznight has been around for 15 years. The quiz nights started at Café De Tropen in Mahaai, then moved to Keukenplein in Punda and are now held at Dock Bar & Kitchen.
Between 10 and 20 teams come to this quiz every Monday evening. Pub quizzes are a worldwide phenomenon and are especially popular in Irish pubs. Participating teams receive questions about all kinds of categories, such as history, science, music, film, geography and more.
This Monday, November 18, the Curaçao Quiznight will be celebrating its 15th anniversary and, moreover, its 750th edition. The jury of the quiz calls teams from the first hour to play next Monday. New interested parties are also welcome.
