WILLEMSTAD - "Curaçao must have a low-carbon economy." That is what the Clinton Foundation wants to achieve with the Clinton Climate Initiative. The initiative has been signed by the Ministry of Economic Development and the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of the government of Curaçao.
Among other things, it is requested to create projects at sports facilities that use solar energy and take energy-efficient measures.
The foundation strives to develop a clean energy future for Curaçao and improve the well-being of local communities by encouraging energy investment in public health and sports.
