WILLEMSTAD - The government of Curaçao has organized a public tender for the third phase of Marie Pampoen. This is done together with and the Curaçao Tourist Board, CTB.
It concerns the realization of a recreational strip that should include a playground and a skate-bike park. But also hiking trails, an outdoor fitness area, kiosks and palapas.
Whole project
The total project, which is divided into phases, runs from the pier at Marie Pampoen to the field of Bolas Krioyas a kilometer further. The costs of this project – which is being carried out by the Curaçao Tourist Board (CTB) – are around 10 million guilders.
