KRALENDIJK - The recent increase in the number of corona infections in Bonaire was caused by a dance evening at a catering establishment on the island. The Public Health Department reports this based on an investigation.
Many cases and clusters can be traced back to the singing and dancing party. Bonaire expects that the effect of the measures taken will be reflected in the figures next week. On Bonaire, restaurants and snack bars may only be open for take-out meals and only the so-called "essential" shops may be open.
