WILLEMSTAD - Daniëlla Engelhardt was recently sworn in as a registrar at the Joint Court of Justice. This sworn in took place in the context of the training to become a judge (Raio training), which Engelhardt started on January 1, 2022.
With Engelhardt there are currently three ‘raios’ in training, all from our islands. Engelhardt completed her master's degree in Law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam. From 2014 to 2021 she worked as a lawyer, both in Sint Maarten and Curaçao.
