WILLEMSTAD - The number of new infections has been low in Curaçao in recent days. On Thursday, ten new infections were added. The number of active infections is currently at 271, reports the government's Epidemiology Department.
The number of people tested has also been lower in recent days than before. Last week, around 600 people were tested daily, since Sunday that number has shrunk to between 200 and 300 people. 195 people were tested on Thursday.
The Curaçao Medical Center currently has five Covid-19 patients, four of which are in intensive care.
There are 582 active infections in Aruba and 121 in Bonaire.
