WILLEMSTAD - A legal officer announced the dismissal of four party members on behalf of the management of Trabou Pa Korsou yesterday. They are Omar Gill, Renny Leito, Eddie Kirindongo and Athley Maria.
According to TPK, the first three have disrespected the decision of the majority of the party to elect a board of directors last March. Gill, Leito and Kirindongo are said to have made negative statements in the media on behalf of the party without the permission of the board.
"The only political party 'Trabou pa Kòrsou' with the approval of the electoral council is the Trabou pa Korsou led by Rennox Calmes and with Mickel Martis as chairman," the party said in a press release.
Earlier, the other party members made the same claim, arguing that their name was used in the registration with the Chamber of Commerce.
