WILLEMSTAD - The police officer G.G.P. who has previously been sentenced to a conditional criminal punishment for the deliberate falsification of an official report, has not been proved right by the Civil Service Tribunal; his dismissal that followed the event is justified and will be maintained.
In the judgment, the civil service judge stated that the reasonableness of the dismissal was considered, for which it can only be given if the agent has not fulfilled his official obligations or is guilty of breach of duty.
It is therefore not a question of the offenses for which he has already been convicted, but the question of whether he has culpably acted in the manner opposed to him in the dismissal decision.
