WILLEMSTAD - Two ambulances were dispatched to Director's Bay on Monday afternoon to help a diver. He had run into problems underwater and almost drowned.
Bystanders pulled the tourist aside and started with first aid. The medical assistants from both ambulances took over and stabilized the diver and then rushed him to the hospital
It is not known how his condition is now.
