Documentary about nature on ABC islands

WILLEMSTAD - At the end of this year, the shooting of the film "The ABC of the New Wilderness" will begin.

This is a film about nature in Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao. The film will be shown in 150 cinemas in the Netherlands two years later. With the documentary, the makers want to bring the great value of nature on Aruba, Bonaire and Curaçao to the attention of a wide audience.

The special nature on the islands will be recorded in images and sound using the latest technology.

In 2013 De Nieuwe Wildernis was released as a Dutch nature film for the cinema. The film follows the four seasons in the young Oostvaardersplassen nature reserve in Flevoland.

The first images of the film were shot in the autumn of 2011. De Nieuwe Wildernis was a great success in Dutch cinemas.
