WILLEMSTAD - Epidemiologist Dr. Izzy Gerstenbluth yesterday informed Jan Thiel's catering staff about the COVID-19 vaccination. This is according to Baldewijn Grul from restaurant Zest. In his presentation, Dr. Gerstenbluth talked about the vaccination process and there was also the opportunity to ask questions. A large part of those present immediately signed up to be vaccinated after the presentation.
Grul is very happy with the result of the information. He says it is important that catering staff are well informed. In the hospitality industry, employees often come into contact with people from outside. The presentation was an initiative of Hans Slier of Papagayo Beach Club.
