WILLEMSTAD - The airports of Aruba, Curaçao, Sint Maarten and the BES islands (Bonaire, Sint Eustatius and Saba) want to organize their mutual air traffic differently. This is what Luchtvaartnieuws writes in the October edition of its magazine.
Due to the limited number of airlines, ticket prices are quite expensive. Mutual air traffic must therefore be arranged according to a public transport model. It is not the ticket price that is central, but accessibility. The association of airports DCCA will soon enter into talks with the existing airlines to discuss the idea and also hear their ideas.
