WILLEMSTAD – Dutch citizens residing in Aruba, Curaçao, or Sint Maarten are eligible to register as overseas voters through the Municipality of The Hague for the upcoming Dutch parliamentary elections on October 29, 2025. To participate, eligible voters must complete their registration before September 17.

The registration applies specifically to Dutch nationals who are no longer registered in a Dutch municipality. Voters must be at least 18 years old and must have lived in the Netherlands for a minimum of 10 years to qualify.

Once registered, voters in Curaçao will not receive their voting materials by mail at home, but instead through the Netherlands Representation Office (VNW) on the island.
