Dutch Research Council organizes Third Caribbean Research Week

WILLEMSTAD - The Dutch Research Council (NWO) is gearing up for the highly anticipated third edition of the Caribbean Research Week, scheduled to take place from Monday, June 26 to Friday, June 30, 2023. This week-long event promises to be a vibrant platform for individuals interested in the sciences within the Caribbean region. 

 

Attendees will have the opportunity to register for five engaging half-day sessions, offering a diverse range of activities including captivating lectures, insightful panel discussions, interactive workshops, cultural entertainment, and valuable networking prospects. 

 

In light of the ongoing global situation, the entire program will be conducted online, commencing at 8:00 AM AST each day. The agenda will encompass a wide array of themes, delving into crucial subjects such as Economy & Society, Health & Healthcare, Environment & Climate, and Culture & Identity. Furthermore, several local events will be organized both on the islands and in the Netherlands, enriching the overall experience.
