WILLEMSTAD - The multidisciplinary team consisting of the Ministry of Economic Development (MEO), the Curaçao Police Force (KPC) and the Special Laws Unit (UBW) sent three employees of a catering facility home on Thursday because they were unable to show a QR code.
The team has carried out several checks over the past week. Eleven catering establishments were checked on Thursday.
At one event, a warning was issued for excessively loud music. In another case, a high-risk event with many visitors took place. Three employees were sent home by the multidisciplinary team because they could not provide a QR code. The restaurant was given a warning.
