WILLEMSTAD - The end of the political party Korsou di Nos Tur (KdNT) is near. That says Meindert "Menki" Rojer, the number two on the list, today. According to Rojer, the end of KdNT is due to the leader Amparo dos Santos who "messed up". According to Rojer, the party board has heard nothing more from Dos Santos after the disappointing election results of 19 March. KdNT was unable to obtain a seat, while the party was still good for two seats in 2017.
Rojer also attributes the halving of the votes to the failure of Dos Santos. He is said to have run a "very selfish campaign." Rojer says the party will likely disappear on its own due to a lack of leadership. "Leader and leadership are dirty words for Amparo," explains Rojer.
Menki Rojer himself does not want to disappear from the political scene and says he will continue as a "free agent".
