WILLEMSTAD - On behalf of King Willem Alexander, Governor Lucille George-Wout presented a royal decoration to the former president of the Joint Court of Justice, Eunice Saleh.
Saleh received this award 'because of the important contribution she made to the quality and diversity of the judiciary in the Caribbean part of the Kingdom and her administrative activities in various foundations'. For these reasons she was appointed Knight in the Order of Orange Nassau.
In 2016, Saleh, after years of working at the court, was appointed president of the Joint Court of Justice. She has held this position until this year.
