WILLEMSTAD - After a successful preparation period for both participants and organizers, Nos Karnaval and Boldstarz are ready to present Curaçao with a majestic spectacle on Saturday, January 13, at the Curaçao Festival Center.
At the end of the evening, the people of Curaçao, especially the youth and young carnival enthusiasts, will know the king or queen of the Youth Tumba 2024.
This year, the theme 'Maritime Adventure' has been chosen, infusing the entire festival with a maritime atmosphere, which the organizers believe will result in a spectacular moment when the winner of the Youth Tumba 2024 is announced.
The 12 participants competing in the Youth Tumba Festival 2024 are: 1. T’Kayley Polonius, 2. Angelly Virginia, 3. Nedion Sluis, 4. Angely Francisco, 5. Shadee Jamanika, 6. Luichayden Jansen, 7. Aaliyah Lourens, 8. Railipo Martina, 9. Tiarah Martina Giterson, 10. Jozefer Obispo, 11. Jean-Max Rondei, and 12. Xyandro Anthony.
The gates of the Curaçao Festival Center open at 3:30 PM, with the first Tumba set to hit the stage at 4:00 PM, accompanied by the Youth Tumba Orchestra.
