Between Curacao and Sint Maarten entrepreneurs as part of the Global entrepreneurship Week 2020 for Dutch Caribbean
WILLEMSTAD - With the finals of the IFounded Pitch competition between Curacao and Sint Maarten companies the Global Entrepreneurship Week 2020 in the Dutch Caribbean reached an exciting closing of the extensive year program.
The companies that met the criteria for the semi-finals participated in a virtual boot camp which took place during the Global Entrepreneurship Week.
On Friday November 27, the top 6 finalists were chosen (in no order):
Sabine Berendse of Green Phenix - a circular economy focused business
Cristal Le Grand of LeGrand Voyages - a destination management company
Zack Gressmann of CHIP - a FinTech business
Sunil Mirani of SX - an online delivery services company
Crystal Richardson of CocoMoods - a cultural based company
Juan Vicario of Mark-A-Web Services - a data privacy and protection firm
The finals of the IFounded pitch competition will be on Dec. 8, from 3-5 pm AST.
The 6 finalists will pitch to an international jury and also investors with the hopes of winning prizes, getting mentorship and coaching, and possibly getting one or more investors interested in their company.
