WILLEMSTAD - Fifteen employees of the governments of Curaçao, Aruba and Sint Maarten have received their diploma for training to become legal professionals. The participants followed the study at the University of Curaçao.
The government employees received their diplomas in the presence of Prime Minister Gilmar Pisas. The participants from Aruba and Sint Maarten followed the presentation of their Curaçao fellow students via a virtual connection.
The Caribbean Center provided the training for Legislation led by Professor Flora Goudappel and Professor Sjoerd Zijlstra. According to the university, the training is essential for the Caribbean countries within the Kingdom, because there is a high demand for legal professionals.
