WILLEMSTAD - FIU Curaçao has posted an instructional video about registering and reporting in goAML online. As of January 1, 2021, reports of unusual transactions will be passed on to the Financial Intelligence Unit Curaçao (FIU Curaçao) via the new reporting portal.
In the last half of 2020, FIU Curacao has distributed announcements and press releases about the introduction of the online goAML portal. A user manual on registration has also been made available in the portal. In addition, the organization has now posted an instructional video about the new system online.
Reporting unusual transactions in the new goAML portal is different from reporting in the old Corsys system. For example, more data is needed to make a report. The application must also be completed in English.
