Aldemar was in custody for 71 days. He was suspected of trying to set a man on fire in February. He also allegedly destroyed the car of the alleged victim. According to the judge, there is no evidence for either. The Public Prosecution Service would have done too little investigation. An eyewitness has also not been questioned.
