WILLEMSTAD - The internet company Flow is in the process of upgrading the internet speed. All Flow customers now receive internet for the same money, which is twice as fast. In the coming weeks, technicians will be going into the neighborhoods to make adjustments to the grid. What needs to be done depends on the neighborhood, but most users will not notice these changes. Sometimes employees have to solve a problem inside a house, according to Flow. Customers will receive an email when the work is complete and the internet has doubled.
The upgrade should have been done last year, but that was delayed by the corona pandemic, among other things.
After telecom company UTS was taken over by Flow, many complaints were received about the slow internet connection and poor service.
